The wonderful, unmedicated births of her daughters paired with the unhappy birth stories of others motivated her to become a doula. Her journey as a doula started with the births required by DONA International to become a certified doula and as continued to expand in both the hospital and homebirth settings. She is passionate about natural birth and overall reform of the childbirth system in America.
